Cancellation And Refund
We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
Exchange eligibility:
We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unpacked and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
Terms of order cancellation by customer :
Anandhaa Crackers does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange & Cancelation Policy’ on our website.
In case of a refund for a defective/damaged product gateway charges of 5% on all orders.
In case the product is damaged, we need an opening video of the product and images of the product in damaged condition. This is because all the orders are fully quality checked and shipped. So team needs product opening video and if it’s faulty the team will send a fresh piece immediately. Without an opening video, we would not be able to entertain any requests.
Anandhaa Crackers reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used or if the accessories like mask / scrunchies which were sent as a part of the order is missing or if the product is stained / crushed. Exchange will not be entertained if the product is received in any condition as stated above.
